He was a retired machinist for the Republic Steel Co, a member of the First Baptist Church, of Masonic Lodge 381 of Litchfield & American Legion Post 12.
Surviving are his wife: FernL, daus: MrsLouise Davies-Elyria & MrsMarie Tansey-Vermilion; 5 grandsons; a bro: Arthur-Litchfield; 5 sis: Mrs Agnes McKee & MrsViola Klinect-both Elyria, MrsHelen Canfield-Medina, MrsMary Neumeyer-ValleyCity & MrsLouise Knapp-ColumbiaStation.
Friends may call at the Sudro-Curtis Funeral Home where services will be Tuesday after-noon [1-26] with the Rev Robert Reynhout-pastor of the First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery.
