Ronald Bruce Crouse, age 56, of 436 Shawtown Road, Glade Valley, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at his home.
He was the son of the late Ray and Victoria Harrold Crouse and was also preceded in death by a son, Matthew Habe Crouse and a sister, Ina Grace Royall.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Moore Crouse of the home; two sons, Ronnie Allen Crouse and Travis Ray Crouse, both of Glade Valley; a daughter, Amanda Crouse of West Palm Beach, Florida; a grandson, Daniel Crouse of West Palm Beach, Florida; six brothers and sisters-in-law, John Ray and Dorothy Crouse, Donald and Judy Crouse, all of Glade Valley; Dennis and Marlene Crouse of Ennice, Pat and Mary Crouse of Abingdon, VA., Lynnie and Debbie Crouse, Kevin and Melody Crouse, of Sparta; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Pauline and Roger Williams, Mary Alice and Leroy Brown, of Glade Valley, Sandra and Doug Tomlin of Purlear, NC, Ann and Benny Brown of Siloam, NC, Martha Crouse of Winston-Salem; a brother-in-law, Von Royall of Glade Valley; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will be at the home of Mary Alice and Leroy Brown at 126 Honeysuckle Lane, Glade Valley, or the home of Kevin and Melody Crouse at 164 Glade Creek Road, Sparta.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 29th at the Grandview Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in the Woodruff Cemetery near Roaring Gap.
