Jack passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at his home.He was born July 8, 1928 to Peter and Martha (Berry) Swope in Commerce, Oklahoma. He worked for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol as a permit clerk and enjoyed fishing, airplane model building, watching Tulsa Drillers baseball games, footballs games and stockcar races. Jack was a member of Church of the Madalene and Knights of Columbus. Jack is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Charles Swope. He is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Lila Swope of the home, step-daughters, Cherlyn Sly of Miama, Oklahoma and Carolyn Garman of Quapaw, Oklahoma, sisters, Erma Davis of Aurora, Colorado and Edna Bigham of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
