Born February 18, 1920, in Westminster, he was the son of the late Carroll and Maude (Schaeffer) Little.
Mr. Little was a lifelong farmer and was employed with Glenn L. Martin of Middle River after 19 years of service as an airplane mechanic.
Richard was a member of Benjamin Kriders U.C.C., Westminster. He enjoyed attending sales and auctions. His hobbies included raising Canna flowers and beef cattle.
He was the husband of Betty C. (Cashman) Little for 63 years and surviving, in addition to her, is a sister, Dorothy Frock of Westminster.
He was predeceased by three brothers, Albert, Charles and David Little.
Interment was in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Taneytown.
