Louise Margaret Conery, 92 of Centerville Road, Warwick died Sunday, Sept.13,2009 at the Mount Saint Francis Health Center Woonsocket, She was the beloved wife of the late George F.Conery Sr.: Louise was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late Thomas R. and Mary (Dodge)Wholley and had lived in Springfield, Mass. and Oxford Mass. before moving to Warwick in 1979. Louise was very active in the Hardig Brook Village Apartment community as well being a past president of the Federated Women's Club in Oxford and of the Indian Orchard Women's Club in Springfield. She was an avid Red Sox fan who also loved to read and do needlework. She is survived by four sons, George F. Conery Jr. of Chesapeake, Virginia, James T.Conery of Mashpee, Mass. Stephen F.Conery of Hendersonville, North Carolina and Frederick W. Conery of Cumberland; one daughter Mary A. Geoghegan of Keyport, N.J.; one brother Thomas R. Wholley of New Bedford,Mass.; sixteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Donald and James Wholley. Her funeral will be held on Friday, Sept. 18, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. from the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Ave., West Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial in St.Catherine's Church, Post Road, Apponaug at 10:00.Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
