He is survived by his parents, Tonya and Dusty Polk; his sister, Sierra Polk; and grandparents, Eric and Margaret Yenne, all of Magnolia Springs; and step-grandparents, Leslie and DeeDee Polk of Foley. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Bayview Funeral Home in Foley. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home and burial will follow at Memory Gardens in Fairhope. The family suggests memorials be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Arrangements are by Bayview Funeral Home in Foley.
