Funeral services for Richard Kirkwood Ausley, 84, Pauls Valley, were December 1 at the United Methodist Church of Pauls Valley with Rev. Weegie Williams officiating. Interment was at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with Wooster Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Ausley was born March 23, 1908 at Calera and died November 26 at Pauls Valley. He had been a school teacher, principal, coach and operated an accounting office. He served in the U.S. Naval Reserves.
Survivors include his wife, Jo, of the home, two daughters, a grandson, a son-in-law, and three brothers.
