ELIHU DE WITT DIED IN STATE OF MICHIGAN
Although his death occurred two weeks ago, that Elihu DeWitt passed away two weeks ago at Albion, Mich., was not known in this city until today. Some time ago the aged gentleman left his home in Union township with his son for Michigan, travelling overland. Two weeks ago he died and was buried there. Relatives in this vicinity are making an effort to have the body brought to this city to be buried in Union township. His age was about seventy-five , and he was one of the oldest residents of Union township. Elmer DeWitt and Nicholas DeWitt of Union township are sons and Mrs. Solomon Drabenstott of Whitley county is a daughter.
