RUBY C. McCONNELL
ANDERSON - Ruby C. McConnell, 79 of Anderson SC, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2009.
Born in Abbeville SC on July 18, 1929 to Dewey A. Campbell and Lydia Smith, she is the wife of L.E. McConnell.
In addition to her spouse she is survived by son: Mark McConnell, brother: Julian Campbell of Ware Shoals, sister: Mary Nichols of Anderson, grandchildren: Brandy and Victoria McConnell and one great grandchild: Zachary Hardin.
She is predeceased by her parents; one daughter; and two brothers: Linburg Campbell and Harold Campbell.
Funeral Services will take place on Friday, July 3 2009 at 4:00 pm at First Creek Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 4:00pm at the church prior to the service.
Family will be at their respective homes.
Woodlawn-Sosebee Funeral Home and Cremation Services will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
