WOMACK, Terry, 49, of Manchester, died June 1, 1995 after an extended illness at Medical Center of Manchester. A native of Coffee County, he was the son of the late Floyd Womack & Selma Turner Womack, who survives. He was a Welder for DeZurk Mfg., McMinnville, and a member of First Baptist Church, Manchester. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Carol Womack, Manchester; one daughter, Amy Lyn Womack, Manchester; one son, Adam Womack, Manchester; one brother, Kenneth Womack, Lake Wales, Florida and four nieces and nephews. Services were held June 3, 1995 at Manchester Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Brenton Cox, First Baptist Church, Manchester officiating. Burial was at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, Coffee County, Tenn. Manchester Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
