Faye Was the daughter of Joseph V. and Ellen (Lomas) Adams.
Faye graduated from Southwest Baptist in Bolivar, Mo., and Southwest Missouri State College in Springfield, Mo. She taught school at King, Dunnegan and other country schools near Dunnegan, Mo.
Faye married Paul Francis McKinney on Nov. 13, 1937. In 1944, they moved to a farm near Morrisville. This was their home for 53 years. They had two daughters: Patty and Carol; one son, Paul Jr.
In 1957, Faye returned to teaching at Marion C. Early in Morrisville, Mo. She retired in 1982.
Faye was presented "Jubilee Membership Club" for 50 years membership at the Morrisville United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Missouri Retired Teachers Association, Morrisville Garden Club and the Alpha Tau Chapter of Kappa Gamma.
