James "Claude" Whitely, Wagoner City Clerk, died early Tuesday morning, October 26, 1965, in a Muskogee hospital after a long illness.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Immanuel Baptist Church with Rev. J. C. Highfill officiating and assisted by Rev. Richard Beam, of Haskell.
Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery with Mallett-Green Funeral Home in charge.
