-- ROCK HILL - Mrs. Frances Penegar Shaw, 64, of 1872 Nations Ford Rd. died July 14, 1992, at Piedmont Medical Center. Funeral is 4 p.m. Thursday at Northside Baptist Church, where she was a member. The Revs. Shannon Duncan and Don Costner will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery. Visitation is 7 to 9 tonight at Greene Funeral Home.
Ms. Shaw, co-owner of Sooper Dooper Supermarket, was born in Hendersonville, N.C. She was the daughter of the late Jess and Virginia Penegar.
Survivors are her husband, H. Morrison Shaw; sons, Steven Greene of Brooks, Ga., Richard Shaw of Savannah, Ga.; daughter, Ms. Donna Paugh of McHenry, Ill.; brothers, Jess Penegar Jr. of Chester, Robert Penegar of Lancaster; four grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Northside Baptist Church Building Fund, 1140 Curtis St., Rock Hill, S.C. 29730.
