Zachary "Zac" Scott Mason, 8. Our brave little fighter lost his battle with acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on September 9, 2009. Zac was born on May 3, 2001 to Matthew Mason and Lisa Shockley in Westerville, Ohio. Friends may call on Monday, September 14, 2009 from 4 to 7pm, with a Celebration of Zac's Life to follow at 7:00pm at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Zac was a big hearted little boy, who briefly attended Highland West Elementary in Marengo, loved video games, WWE, and was a Titans Football Fan. Zac is survived by his father and step-mother, Matthew (Diana) Mason, his mother, Lisa Shockley, sister Ciara Stover, paternal grandparents Scott Mason and Eileen (Richard) Plachko, maternal grandparents, Stella and Larry Shockley, paternal great grandmother Patricia Blake, special grandparents Edwin J Matheson and Cathy A. Henry, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial contributions may be directed to Make a Wish Foundation of America, Gift Processing Center, P.O.
