Jean T. White Of Vilone Village, Elsmere, age 69 years, died Tuesday, January 18 at her home. Mass: 10 am Friday, January 21 at the Corpus Christi R.C. Church, 901 New Rd., Elsmere. Friends may call at KRIENEN-GRIFFITH FUNERAL HOME, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Thursday evening, January 20, from 6-8 pm. Interment: All Saints Cemetery Chapel.
Jean was a life-long homemaker and also worked as a telephone operator for the John Wanamaker Co. She was a member of the Corpus Christi Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Agnes Michle; her brother, William; and her sister, Madeline. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, John S. White; a daughter, Susan Colon and her husband Ben of Elsmere; her daughter, Nancy Cronin and her husband Joseph of Newark; her son, John T. White of Bear; and her daughter, Jeanie T. White of Elsmere; her beloved grandchildren, Jennifer, Ernest, Leanne, Jessica, Erin and Rachel.
