Jack R. Allen, 45, Brewster, died in a Walla Walla hospital Thursday after an extended illness.
He was born in Leavenworth on July 21, 1930. He has made Brewster his home most of his life.
Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Basil Churchill, Brewster; a brother, Bruce Churchill; and a sister, Pat Storlie.
Services were held Monday, April 25, 2:00 pm from the Brewster Cemetery with James Riggan officiating. Interment in the Brewster Cemetery. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. Arrangements by Barnes Funeral Home, Brewster.
