Mrs. Arnold, born Jan. 17, 1878, in Allen County to Jacob and Christine Holman Hefner, died 11:45 p.m. Friday in the Eastern Star Home, Mount Vernon.
She was married to Eugene Hall, who died in 1931; and to C. C. Arnold, who died in 1951.
Surviving are two stepdaughters, Mrs. Rodney (Velma) Watt of Toledo, and Mrs. James (Christine) Watt of Lafayette; and two stepsons, Lloyd Arnold of Dearborn, Mich., and Wilbur Arnold of Cuyahoga Falls.
She was a member of Lafayette Christian Church, Chapter 121, Order of the Eastern Star and the Lafayette Farm Women's Club.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today, where Eastern Star memorial services will be 8 tonight.
