Sandee was born in Homestead, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Frank and Sandra Lee (Shannon) Rozzo. She was murdered by Timothy and Ashley Humphrey. Timothy Humphrey is serving a life sentence; Ashley Humphrey cut a deal and in exchange for her testimony against her husband, received a 25-year prison sentence. Sandee's story was featured on the television series, "Snapped!" Sandee is survived by her daughter, her parents, a brother; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
