of Chelsea, formerly of Ann Arbor, MI and Boca Raton, FL. Age 98, died Friday, January 2, 2009. She lived at Chelsea Retirement Community for 4 1/2 years, coming from Brookhaven Manor, Ann Arbor. She lived in Florida for 25 years after leaving North Judson, Indiana where her husband, Donald, practiced Dentistry for 34 years. Mrs. Lee graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Physical Education. She taught school in Hobart, IN, where she was raised. She was an avid reader and excelled at needlepoint. Survivors include a son, Denis (Frances) Lee of Dexter, 3 grandchildren, Garrick, Grant and Hilary, 5 great-grandchildren, Madison, Katie, Jared, Alison, and Benjamin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, a brother, Frederick, and a sister, Jane. A memorial service was held Saturday, January 10, 10:30 am at Chelsea Retirement Community Chapel.
