HENRY TRAVIS KIRBY __________________________________________________ 1930-2006 __________________________________________________ HUNTINGDON: Funeral services for Henry Travis Kirby, 76, will be held Tuesday, June 6, 1 p.m. at Eastview Baptist Church with Bro. George Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the Davis Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Kirby was born May 15, 1930 to the late William Odis and Annis Ellen Kirby. He was a retired EMT with Baptist Memorial Hospital and an Army veteran having served in the Korean War. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Richard Kirby. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Lillie D. Kirby; two daughters, Pam (David) Meggs of Huntingdon and Melissa (Kenneth) Emerson of Covington; one brother, William Charles Kirby; three sisters, Dorothy Holladay, Evelyn Fry, and Betty Haddock, all of Huntingdon; and two grandchildren. Dilday Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
