Donald Ray Andreason, 60, our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, died Sunday, April 7, 1991 at his home under the care of his loving family.

Born April 21, 1930 in Bingham Canyon, Utah to Louis Daniel and Lenora Allred Andreason.

Married Joan Hawkins on September 20, 1955; later solemnized on August 23, 1960 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

An employee of Kennecott Copper for 20 years and Hercules for the past 30 years. Received two Bachelor's degrees from the U of U. He was a member of the LDS Church, having held various positions. Don was loved, admired, and respected by all who knew him.

Survived by his wife and two children, James Ray of West Jordan, and Karl Ray of Sandy; five grandchildren; brother, William of Sandy, and two sisters, Iva Sumnicht of Missouri, and Noreen Smearnoff of Copperton. Preceded in death by one daughter, Leslie; and one son, Charles Ray.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 1991 at 12 noon in the Sego Lily Ward Chapel (Sandy Central Stake Center), 9800 South Flint Drive (1000 East). Friends may call in Sandy, Utah at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), on Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and at the Ward Chapel on Wednesday from 11:00-11:45 a.m. prior to the services.
Interment: Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
