Born Dec. 2, 1940, in Pittston, he was a son of Mary Menichelli Pavlico, Pittston, and the late Frank Pavlico Sr., who passed away on September 3, 1977.
He attended St. John's High School and worked as a carpenter in the Keystone Carpenter's Union for more than 30 years.
He was an active member of the Pittston Lions. He was a past member of the Holy Name Society of Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, West Pittston.
He served in the U.S. Army in Korea.
Frank also was a member of the Browntown Italian Citizens Club.
He was active with Luzerne County Democratic Party for many years.
Surviving are a son, Frank Pavlico III., Clark Summit; daughter, Nicole, Las Vegas; sisters, Maryanna Pavlico, Pittston, Palmina Pavlico and husband, Kenneth Mohn, Pittston Township; brothers, Joseph Pavlico and wife, Michelle, Charlotte, N.C., Daniel Pavlico and wife, Judy, Pittston, David Pavlico, Pittston, Eugene and partner, Joyce Kasisky, Exeter; numerous nieces and nephews; his loving and caring partner, Maryann Struckus; and her son, Joseph Struckus and wife, Robyn, and son, Michael.
Funeral services are from the Graziano Funeral Home Inc., 700 Township Blvd., Pittston Township, PA, 18640, at 9 a.m. on Wednesday. Religious Mass of Christian Burial at St. Rocco's R.C. Church, Oak Street, in Pittston, on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., with the Rev. Paul McDonnell O.S.J. officiating. Interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Grantville, Pa. Friends may call on Tuesday, from 5 to 8 p.m.
