Jennifer Lynn Shively, 26, of Toledo, Ohio, died from foul play on August 15, 2009.
She is survived by her mother, Esther Swope; step father, David Swope; 2 brothers, Jerry and Raymond Smith; grandmother, Winnie Shively and five children, Ciara, Domanick, Ciana, Elijha and Amaya. Jennifer is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Shively Jr. and nephew, Isaiah Smith.
