Sarah died after the Death of Joseph Collins who died in Feb 1723-4 in Cape Elizabeth - NEHGR Journal v79-p292 footnote:

Besides the gravestone of her son, Christopher Strout, Esq., in the burying ground on Meeting-house Hill, in what is now South Portland, Me., stands a small stone, not much larger than many footstones, evidently home-made, with the inscription: "Mrs. Sarah Collins."
