ROWE. - Died, at the residence of her husband, Captain Sterling Rowe, in Gloucester county, at 6 A. M. March 17th, Mrs. FANNIE A. ROWE, in her seventy-seventh year, sister of the late John A. Belvin, and only sister of Mrs. H. A. Atkinson, Sr., of this city.
