WARNER ROBINS - Services for William Yawn, 87, of 727 North Davis Drive, who died Sunday in a Warner Robins hospital, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Christopher-Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lane Cemetery in Dooly County.
Mr. Yawn, formerly of Dooly County, lived in Warner Robins seven years. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church in Dooly County.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. John R. Goodrum, Mrs. Homer Taylor and Mrs. Ira W. Peavy, all of Warner Robins, Mrs. Earl Calhoun of Reidsville; two sons, W. P. Yawn of Atlanta and T. Raymond Yawn of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; 18 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
