W. David Sellars, 50, of 303 Florence Drive, husband of Deborrah Selph Sellars, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2004.
Mr. Sellars was born in Spartanburg, a son of "Herbert" A.P. Sellars and the late Velma Ruth Quinton Sellars. Mr. Sellars was a logistics manager at Lem Forder and was a member of Cathedral Church, and a former Deacon.
Surviving, other than his wife and his Father, are a son, Michael Gene Sellars, of Council Bluffs, Iowa; a daughter, Julie Marie Dyer, of Fountain Inn; two brothers, Perry Sellars, of Simpsonville, and Forrest Sellars, of Greenville; a sister, Nancy Fleming, of Lancaster; and a grandchild, Chandler Brady Dyer.
Grandchildren, Zachary Austin Dyer, Melanie Ruth Dyer and Joshua Hayden Dyer, preceded Mr. Sellars in death.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 2004, at Graceland East Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Cannon Funerals and Cremations-Simpsonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Cancer Society of Greenville County, 113 Mills Ave., Greenville SC 29605.
Cannon Funerals and Cremations at Simpsonville is serving the family.
