WEBB
Terrell Maverick Webb, age 93, of San Antonio, died Thursday, December 15,
1994. Mrs. Webb was an accomplished writer, speaker and pianist and an active
member of the Tuesday Musical Club. She was also active in Texas Democratic
Party politics. She had two husbands who preceded her in death. Maury
Maverick, a member of the US Congress from 1935 to 1939 and was Mayor of San
Antonio from 1939 to 1941; and Dr. Walter Prescott Webb, a distinguished
professor of history at the University of Texas and prominent author who wrote
"The Texas Rangers" and "The Great Plains" and others. Survivors: son, Maury
Maverick, Jr.; daughter, Terrellita Maverick, both of San Antonio; 4
grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.

Tuesday - 10:00 A.M.
Porter Loring Chapel the Rev. Timothy Turner officiating. Interment in San Jose Burial Park. Arrangements with Porter Loring, 1104 McCullough, San Antonio, Texas.
