Funeral services for Richard H. Aldworth, age 67 of North Bend (formerly of Issaquah) will be held 11am Wednesday March 24, 1999 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Issaquah. A visitation will be held at Flintofts Issaquah Funeral Home on Tuesday March 23 from 1 to 5 pm. He passed away in Bellevue on March 19, 1999. Richard was born on July 3, 1931 in NY City, NY, the son of Donald and Frances Aldworth. He was raised in Garden City, N.Y. and graduated from the University of MN in 1954. He moved to Issaquah in 1966. He spent most of his career in the lumber products industry and retired as the International Sales Manager for the James Hardy Gypsum Company. He was preceded in death by his first wife Lucille in 1992. He enjoyed the outdoors, working in the garden, and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife Sandy Aldworth, of North Bend; three sons Bradley (Sheila) Aldworth, of Kent, Kurt (Amy) Aldworth, of Monroe, Todd Aldworth, of Renton; three daughters from his second marriage, Corinne, Kari, and Cathy; two brothers John Aldworth, of Halifax, Virginia and William Aldworth, of Bellingham; and 10 grandchildren. Remembrances may be made to the building fund of Our Savior Lutheran Church or Group Health Hospice.
