Dennis D. Linville, 79, of Danville, formerly of Morrisvale, died Saturday, September 5, 2009, at the Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison, after a long illness.
Mr. Linville was preceded in death by his wife, Agathia Woodrum Linville.
Survivors include his sons, Scottie of Danville, Wayne of North Carolina, and Kevin of Morrisvale; daughter, Teresa Morgan of Alum Creek; sisters, Romaleta Estep of Morrisvale and Loretta Elkins of Sissonville; brothers, Bill Linville of Sissonville, Rexal Gay Linville of Morrisvale, and Jerry Linville of Danville; and six grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, September 7, at Stevens Funeral Home, Madison, with Tony Searls officiating.
Friends may call one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
