KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Jill Anne Young, 31, formerly of Topeka, died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 1996, at a Kansas City, Kan., hospital. Miss Young was a loan officer for the Johnson County Credit Union for the past four years. She was born Sept. 7, 1964, at Topeka, the daughter of James Henry Young and Mildred Ethel Cyrene. She moved to the Kansas City area four years ago. Survivors include her parents, a sister, a brother and maternal grandparents. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Funeral Home at Overland Park. Graveside services will be a 3 p.m. today at Graceland Cemetery at Burlington.
