WALD - Carl, 85, passed away September 3rd, 2009. He was the owner and operator of Wald's Excavating Company. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Temple and later attended Summit Park Full Gospel Church. He was a member of the Tulsa Ceramic Association, and was affiliated with several gospel singing groups. Survived by wife of 67 years: Catherine (Burger) Wald; daughters: Carlettia McCullough and husband, Pete, Judy Jones and husband, Don, Linda Stone, Marsha Thompson and husband, Dee; son: Carl Jay Wald and wife, Dee; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many other people considered family even though they were not kin, and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his son, John Conard Wald, his daughter, Catherine Louise Broam, his mother, Lillie May Nicholson, and his father, Paul Herman Wald. Service: 10 a.m., Tuesday, September 8th, 2009, at Summit Park Full Gospel Church. Interment: Floral Haven Cemetery.
