ST. CLOUD, January 23 ~ (Special) ~ Two Osceola County mothers have been awarded the emblem of honor pin for having four or more sons in service, it was announced by Murray
W. Overstreet, Chairman of the War Finance Committee. The two mothers are Mrs. Joe H. Barber of Kissimmee Park and Mrs. Tip Padgett of St. Cloud.

Cemetery location is 1-193-4-E.According to their map it is the stone just to the left of Tip Padgett, at 1-193-4-F. You can see the stone at that location, under the small tree to the Left of Tip's marker. All markings are illegible.
