AUBURNDALE -- Mrs. Brenda Frances Granger of Auburndale died of cancer Tuesday (Feb. 10, 2004) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was 63.
Born in Vivian, La., on April 6, 1940, she came to Auburndale from Dallas 45 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Central Assembly of God in Auburndale where she was director of the Women's Ministry and a member of the choir.
Mrs. Granger is survived by her husband, Walter "Wally" J. Granger Jr.; daughters, Gail Crowson, Shreveport, La., Renee Blackwelder, Fort Meade, Kimberly Granger-Coduto, Auburndale; stepson, Walter "Little Wally" J. Granger III, Auburndale; stepdaughter, Cynthia Cindy Granger Taylor, Lakeland; mother, Irene Odom, Winter Haven; brother, Bobby Greene, Shreveport; eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 this morning at Central Assembly of God.
