Miss Phyllis M. Howard, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Howard, a former resident of Yonkers, was married to Lieutenant Maxwell Murray, United States Army, Saturday afternoon, at the home of her sister, Mrs. Arthur Hagen, 830 Park Avenue, New York City. It was a military wedding, but was attended by only immediate relatives and friends. Mrs. Hagen was matron of honor, and the flower girls were Miss Constance Hagen, niece of the bride, and Miss Anna H. Jackson, of Yonkers. Sherbourne Prescott, of Washington, D.C., was the best man. The bride was given away by her uncle, Edwin M. Jackson, of Yonkers. The bridegroom is stationed at Fort Monroe, Virginia and after a tour the couple will reside there.
