Shirley Levy Jr., 15, died at General Hospital at 12:45 a.m. yesterday following a brief illness. The family home is at 1211 West Fourth Avenue.
He was a member of Second Methodist Church.
Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Levy Sr.; four brothers, Arthur, Charles, Paul and Jimmie Levy; four sisters, Mrs. Mable Hodge, Misses Mary Jane, Nancy Alice and Very Levy, all of Knoxville, and a grandfather, J. B. Levy of Hendersonville, N. C.
Services will be held at Second Methodist Church at 2 p.m. today. The Rev. George Creswell will officiate. Burial in Old Gray Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be selected from his Sunday School class at Second Methodist Church.
The body will remain at Rose's.
