Larry Lynn Waldo, 52, died Thursday, June 25, 2009, in Harriman Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Dec. 1, 1956, in Harriman, he was the son of Roy Franklin Sr. and Nora Pressley Waldo, both of whom preceded him in death. A hotel manager, he loved to travel.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Louis Waldo and Roy Franklin Waldo Jr.; and sister-in-law, Joy Waldo.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Waldo of Rockwood; daughter and son-in-law, Crystal Gale Waldo and Wayne Moore of Rockwood; grandchildren, Brittany Pressley, Brant Pressley, Angel Moore, Dewayne Moore, Skylar York, Dakota Waldo and Austin Waldo; stepson, Parker Duncan of Florida; sisters and brother-in-law, Vera Jo Carroll of Harriman, Elizabeth Diana Seiber of Rockwood, Louise and Pete Stinnett and Ruby Ledbetter, all of Kingston; brothers and sister-in-law, Billy and Geneva Waldo of Kingston and Edgar Waldo; sister-in-law, Wanda Waldo of Harriman; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements have been made. A memorial service will be at a later date. Evans Mortuary, Rockwood, is in charge of arrangements.
