PARKS, James Dee
James Dee Parks, 82, retired Marshall County farmer, died Tuesday, July 26, in
Leonard's Hospital in Lewisburg.
Services will be at 2:00 today, July 27, at Daniel's Funeral Home in
Cornersville with burial in the Wilson Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Parks was born in February, 1884, and is survived by four daughters, Mrs.
Louise Campbell and Mrs. Mary Hastings, Shelbyville, Mrs. Jennie Mai Averitt,
College Grove, and Mrs. Lucille McCord, Lewisburg; four sons, Robert Parks and
Cecil Parks, Mooresville community, Sidney Parks of Lynnville and Will Ed Parks,
U. S. Navy, Escondido, Calif.; seventeen grandchildren and one great-grandchild;
one sister, Mrs. Zana Brashears and one brother, Everett Parks, both of Pulaski.
