Lois K. Arm, age 65, lifelong resident of Brainerd, passed away Thursday, Oct. 23, 2003, at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd.
Lois was born Nov. 7, 1937, in Brainerd to Walter and Marie (McCarthy) Anderson. She was raised in Brainerd where she graduated from high school.
She is survived by her parents; two daughters, Shari (Stephen) Stromgren of Brooklyn Park, Minn., and Kelly Jo Harden of Brooklyn Center, Minn.; a son, Kyle (Melanie) Moody of Mounds View, Minn.; five granddaughters, Heather Busey, Michelle and Amber Harden, Stephanie and Jennifer Stromgren; four grandsons, Jonathan and Joshua Stromgren, Jordan and Noah Moody; three sisters, Barbara (John) Burton of Brainerd, Darlene (Daniel) DeChaine of Anoka, Minn., and Beverly (Linsin) Palmer of Wasilla, Alaska; two brothers, Marvin (Cindy) Anderson of Palmer, Alaska, and Richard (Bonnie) Anderson, Wasilla, Alaska; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2003, at Nelson-Doran Funeral Home of Brainerd with Deacon Roger Marks officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27 with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Burial will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery of Brainerd at a later date.
