Mary Lois Moss, 88 of Vian, Oklahoma passed away August 30, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was born October 16, 1920 in Vian, the daughter of James Taylor Bennett and Edna Alice (Fuller) Bennett. Mrs. Moss was married to James Raymond Moss on May 16, 1942 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and member of Vian Baptist Church.She is survived by her husband, Raymond Moss of the home; one daughter, Ramona Sheffield of Ft. Gibson, OK; three grandchildren, James R. Wagner of Ft. Gibson, OK, Dr. Rachel LeAnn Herrington and husband, Nathan of Springfield, MO, and Sara Jane Forhetz and husband, Ethan of Springfield, MO; two great grandchildren, Chloe Wagner and Caroline Grace Forhetz; and numerous other realtives and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Kathy Jane Moss; two sisters, Doshie Yowell and Josie Pope; and five brothers, Cecil, Cody, Homer, Ray and Buddy Bennett. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 4, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Vian Baptist Church with Mr. Jim Murphy and Rev. Tommy Shropshire officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.Active Pallbearers will be: David Johnson, Gary Barnoskie, Jerry Simon, Donald Richards, Randy Rogers and Emmett TylerViewing will be 9 am - 9 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
