Timothy Allen Preston, 17, son of Mary Jane Rowe Preston, Ashland, and Robert V. Preston, Greenup, died Wednesday at Kings Daughters Hospital following a sudden illness.
He was born July 18, 1978, in Lawrence Co., Ohio.
He was a student at Boyd County High School and attended Worthington Church of the Nazarene.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother, Michael Shawn Preston, at home and his maternal grandparents George R. and Millie Grayson Rowe of Ashland.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Steen Funeral Home, Cannonsburg Chapel by pastors Phillip Bowles, Greg Hostutler, and Charles W. Blevins. Burial will be in Kirby Flats Cemetary.
