He was the son of Henry Horatio and Ann Winifred Kemp Rycraft.
On July 14, 1868, he married Elizabeth Ann Bromley in England and eight years later they came to this country.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. George Benton and Mrs. Mary A. Hicks and two sons, Alfred Thomas, Jr., of Middletown and Henry S. Rycraft, all of Utica; a brother, Henry H. Rycraft of Liverpool, England and a sister, Ann Thickett of London, England and ten grandchildren of Utica.
The funeral of Albert T. Rycraft was held from St. Andrew's Church yesterday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Interment was made in the family plot in [New] Forest Hill Cemetery. Utica Daily Press, Friday Morning, October 30, 1911, p. 4
