A native of Wesson, Miss., he was born May 18, 1911. He was retired from Johns Manville Building Products as an expander operator. He died on June 14, 1982.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lou Ellen Barton Berry, Wisner; three daughthers, Pauline Lamae Barron, Ovieda, Fla., Mrs. Millen Marie Gillespie, Bossier City and Mrs. Joyce Debnam, Monroe; one half-brother, Lawerence Berry, Baton Rouge; four half-sisters, Ruth Ezell, Pioneer, Earline Nelson, Maxine Innerarity and Wille Mae Bacott, all of Baton Rouge; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
