Ross Kay Bell, age 85, will be remembered in a funeral service on Friday, September 4, 2009 at Wing Mortuary, 100 East Main Street, Lehi, Utah. A visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. with services at 2:00 p.m.
Interment will be in the American Fork City Cemetery.


Ross was born September 22, 1923 in Provo, Utah to Quintin Clyde and Zina Roskelly Bell.


He attended the Provo schools and BYU. He was a fighter pilot and retired as a commander in the U.S. Navy after which he was an inspector in the FAA. He thoroughly enjoyed golf at Willow Creek Country Club, read many books and recited a number of poems. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather and he will be missed so much.


He is survived by his wife, Beverly Cleghorn Bell, and his children Rand (Camille), Cody, Bonne, Mary (Pete), Nancy (Michael), Kelly, and Holly and by numerous grandchildren. He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
