Glenn Trux, Sr.

Glenn Trux, Sr., 56, of 870 Pitkin street, died at 2 a.m. today at the University hospital in Ann Arbor.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Reiser mortuary.

Mr. Trux was a contracting lasterer. He is survived by his wife, Lela; three sons, Glenn, Jr., and Donald of Benton Harbor, and James, of Stockton, Calif., and a daughter, Louella Lee, of South Bend, Ind.

Also surviving are four brothers, Ray and Kenneth, of Baldwin, Mich., Fred, of Saginaw, and Max of Plymouth, Mich. There eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The body will be brought this week end to the Reiser mortuary.

Trux Rites Held

Funeral services for Glenn C. Trux, Sr., of 870 Pitkin street, were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Reiser chapel. Mr. Trux died early Saturday morning at the University hospital, Ann Arbor.

The Rev. Earl K. Lashley of the River Park Baptist church in South Bend officiated at the rites. Mrs. Hubert Raisky sang two selections, "Abide With Me" and "In the Garden," and Mrs. M.J. White was the organist. There was a large attendance and many flowers.

Casket bearers were Clare Trucks, Jay Staley, Jeddie Staley, Martin Staley, Albert Price and Jim Simmons.

Burial was in North Shore Memory Gardens.

Attending the rites from out of town were Kenneth Trux and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Trux, of Baldwin; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Trux and Mr. and Mrs. John Smith, Saginaw; Mr. and Mrs. Max Trux, Plymouth, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Martin Staley, Jackson; Mr. and Mrs. Jeddie Staley, Lansing, and Mr. and Mrs. Jay Staley and George Staley and son, Eau Claire.
