Ricky Osbourne officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. She was born July 21, 1965 in Talihina, to Leroy W. SUMMERS Sr. and Mary (RITTER) SUMMERS. She died Monday, April 15, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include one daughter, Heather; two sons, Billy Jack and Derek; one granddaughter; her mother and step-father, Mary and Rodney ELAM; her father, Leroy SUMMERS; five brother, Gary, Darren, Leroy, "Peewee", Scott and Ronald; three sisters, Brenda, Pam and Deborah; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
