George Treece, whose residence was near Canady, died at his home Wednesday night at 10:45 p.m. of paralysis. Deceased was 74 years and 6 days old and had been in ill health for the past few weeks. Funeral services were held this morning from the Nazarene church of which he was a devout member, at 10 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. I.W. Irwin.
Deceased was a farmer and has been a resident in this county for a number of years and was quite well known by a large circle of friends who will be very sorry to learn of his death. Interment was at Little Prairie cemetery.
