MARY LOUISE HOPKINS
Mrs. Mary Louise Harp Hopkins, wife of Faye Hopkins of Jones, died suddenly early today in St. Francis Hospital. She had undergone surgery Monday. Mrs. Hopkins had served as Assistant Postmistress of Jones and was a member of the Methodist Church, a Charter Member of the Hollyhurst Chaper No. 230, Order of the Eastern Star and had served as Matron of that chapter. Mrs. Hopkins was a lifelong resident of Morehouse Parishing and was born in Bonita 52 years ago. She lived in that vicinity all her life where she was active in church and civic affairs.
