Last Rites Held For A. Alaimo, 83
Last rites were held this morning for Angelo Alaimo, 83, retired Pittsburg fisherman, who died early Thursday morning at his home 444 West Ninth street, Pittsburg.
The funeral cortege left Alaimo's house at 8:45 o'clock, requiem high mass being celebrated at nine o'clock at St. Peter's church by the Rev. Justin Butler.
Interment followed in Holy Cross cemetery near Antioch.
Alaimo who was a native of Aregona, Italy, had lived in Pittsburg for the past 14 years. He was the husband of the late Angelina Alaimo, and is surived by five sons and one daughter.
