Fred C. Anderson, 75, a resident of Spirit, passed away at his home January 20, a stroke being the cause of his death, although he had been in poor health for a number of years. Funeral services were held from the Baptist Church of Spirit and burial made in the Spirit Cemetery. Survivors include his wife [Lena], two daughters, Della Anderson, and Mrs. Jule [Ruth] Swensen, and one son, Pfc. Robert, who is stationed with the Marines in China.
